Challenges in organizational behavior face by managers at the individual, group and organization level.
At Individual Level
1. Individual differences.
Individual differences are the facts that make people different from each other in many ways such as our physical aspects, our likes, dislikes, interests, values, psychological makeup, personality etc.
2. Job satisfaction.
- Jobs satisfaction refers to how well a job provides fulfillment of a need or want, or how well it serves as a source or means of enjoyment.
- Jobs satisfaction is the degree to which individuals feel positively or negatively about their jobs.
3. Motivation.
A need or desire that serves to energize behavior end to direct it towards goal..
4. Empowerment.
Empowerment refers to the employees feeling of being effective, in control and in fluent. Empowerment is an amalgam of four related feelings:
"Autonomy" carries a sense of freedom in making choices about how to work and results in the feeling that the person is responsible for his choices.
"Confidence" is the personal feeling of having the ability to perform the job satisfactorily.
"meaningfulness" is the employee's feeling that the duties of the job are valuable.
"impact" is the feelings that tasks produce intended results.

5. Behaving Ethically.
Acting in ways consistent with what individual typically think are good values ethical behavior tends to be good for business and involves demonstrating respects for key moral principles that, includes honesty fairness, equality dignity diversity and individual rights.At Group Level
1. Working with Others.
It is the ability to lead, coordinate or collaborate with others on work activities. we use this skill when we work as a member of a team or group and when we engage in supervisor or leadership activities.
2. Work force diversity.
It means that the organization are becoming more heterogeneous mix of the people in the term of gender, age, ethnicity and the sexual orientation.One of the major challenges facing manager in 21st century will be coordinating work efforts of diverse organizational members in accomplishing organization growth.
